We currently have an opening in our Facilities Maintenance Department.
This position is responsible for coordinating the maintenance and repairs of all buildings on campus.
This is a "hands-on" position, which requires technical knowledge and skills to coordinate multiple projects and communication with vendors and employees.
This position will report directly to the Director, Field Services & Facilities. Job responsibilities and requirements are listed below.

Corporate Electrical, Low Voltage, Plumbing, and Power Back Up System Maintenance:
Minimum five years experience in facilities maintenance or building construction
Previous supervisory experience
Previous working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, lawn care, and related maintenance techniques
Windows PC software database or control system knowledge.
Ability to proficiently read and interpret electric schematics
Possess valid Georgia driver’s license
Ideal candidate will also have the following:
Work inside company facilities with some driving to pick up parts
Work irregular hours and time in excess of normal workweek and be placed on call, as required
