The System Operator will troubleshoot, test, operate, control and monitor the automated field devices and dispatch crews to ensure safe and efficient power outage restoration.

We currently have an opening in our Manager, Enterprise Applications. This position drives the Cobb EMC Our Way culture for enterprise applications solutions. Leads the functional configuration, implementation, and support of the corporation’s ERP environments. Works with the Director of Enterprise Applications in the development of best practices and standards for the department and cross functional teams throughout the business. Develops procedures and processes for enterprise applications operations and oversees the company’s systems integration initiatives. Maintains high levels of performance and reliability while supporting our users. Oversees user support for ERP applications. Leads troubleshooting and testing efforts on both cloud and on-prem ERP environments. Provides oversight of Cobb EMC’s integrated Infor / Lawson Hybrid cloud environment.
Skillsets include:
- Expertise configuring & supporting Infor CloudSuite and/or Lawson S3 products (Any of the HR, Financials or Supply Chain modules).
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot workflows (Infor Process Automation or similar).
- Experience supporting integrated systems – interfaces and workflows.
- Expertise managing teams for support of integrated enterprise systems.
